Detail-oriented and organized Finance Director & Controller with over 15 years of experience working with Private Equity Investment Fund, ANZ Bank, Wunderman Thompson (a WPP company), and other big – medium companies. Experience in implementing helpful strategies effectively, internal controls setup and monitoring, project financing control, and especially start-up financial projections. Hand-on experience in every aspect of the business from operation, administration, human resources to accounting and finance.
Over 20 years’ experience as Chief Accountant, Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Finance Director at different international companies especially in hospitality industry, in real estate private equity investment. Experience working with major Hotel Operator Brands such as: Victoria Hotel & Resorts Group, Park Hyatt, Intercontinental Hotels Groups, CFLD International. Oversea hotel development projects at investor level. Develop financial reporting package to manage operation and finance of different hospitality projects. Provide strategic analytics to Board of Directors and Executive Committee to support the decision-making process in the business.
Over 20 years’ experience with big multi-national companies at both international and regional levels including: Ernst & Young, Unilever, Private Equity Investment Fund, Dyson. Broad working experience in various finance roles such as financial planning & analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, auditing. Finance business partner to marketing, sales, supply chain, and financial modelling for investment. Lived, studied, and worked in Australia, Vietnam, and Singapore (with Asia, Africa Middle East Turkey & Russia scope).
